Mar 16th
Determining arthritis signs and symptoms is usually quite easy and straightforward. If you awake daily with swollen, aching and tender joints, you most likely are showing the signs of arthritis.
This is very common in neck arthritis or arthritis thumb but may include other areas as well. Other noticeable signs and symptoms of arthritis include:
- Pain or stiffness when you walk
- Pain or stiffness when you bend over
- Swollen or red joints first thing in the morning
- Swollen or red joints after doing a repetitive motion (like gardening or typing)
- Tender joints that improve when you elevate the joint while relaxing
- Popping sounds when you walk or stretch
If you notice any of the above signs you may be experiencing a form of arthritis, whether rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. There are some natural supplements that you can use immediately that will help reduce the swelling and pain. Make sure to use glucosamine arthritis formulas that may also have chondroitin, msm or fish oil in them. They will help lubricate your joints and ease the popping, cracking, swelling and pain of stiff joints.
